Unit 1 is the middle floor of the home, situated in an extremely unique peninsula back bay location on the beautiful Fort Myers Beach island. Unit 1 features inviting spaces tastefully decorated by professional interior designers. Bella Bahia is just three blocks (7 min walk) from the beach! This premium unit is perfect for family gatherings, friends or a romantic couples getaway. The enormous layout of the house is very inviting and spacious for up to 8 people. We provide nearly everything for you to start enjoying FMB the moment you arrive including 8 beach towels, umbrella, 2 beach chairs, cooler, and wagon for easy hauling. Early or late checkout is sometimes available by request! NOTE: If under the age of 25 please message the host for inquiries!

We don’t accept bookings from groups of young people (18-25 years old) This is a vacation rental for families and work travel. No pets are allowed to stay in the house. No smoking inside the house. No extra pax allowed to sleep in the house. If so, Ask the host before booking if there’s an extra pax. No parties are allowed. Loud music or loud notices after 10pm are prohibited. If that’s the case we will be give an advice, if it continues we will be taking necessary measurements.

We scheduled a quick getaway and were exceptionally pleased with our stay. The home was beautiful, clean, walkable to the beach and included amenities that we appreciated. Ian was very responsive, great at communicating and gave us insider hot spots for dinner and social. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a great stay in a beautiful area.

My wife and I loved staying at Ian’s Airbnb. It was a beautiful home and location. It was an easy walk to the beach but also had the pool and hot tub to hang out by, which we loved. Ian was a great host and very helpful and quick to respond. We would love to be back.

Gorgeous place and perfect in every way. Close to the beach, grocery store, and tons of entertainment. But the place was so nice we spent an entire day indoors. Very comfortable beds and pillows (we rested well!), towels were fresh and super clean, couch was plush and cozy so you can relax and enjoy a movie or binge on Netflix. Nothing was missing. And Ian was awesome. Very responsive and attentive. Completely recommend.
