Unit 2 is the top floor unit that has a nice view of the bay and a large outdoor eating and gathering area. Nearly everything is provided for your stay including an assortment of towels, toiletries, and fully furnished house.

Beautiful place with plenty of room for our group of 6. I especially loved the back deck and my husband enjoyed having use of the gas grill. The nearby beach access is very walkable, but you can also drive and park at the path entrance on Flamingo road. The beach was never overly crowded and was so peaceful. Ice cream, restaurants and shops are just a short drive north of the property on Estero Blvd. I would definitely recommend this host and this property.

This place was absolutely gorgeous. Had nice views. Great place to accommodate larger families with older kids or larger groups. Bedrooms were private with own bathrooms. Great for entertaining. Owner had everything you needed. Definitely don’t pass this place up.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It is exceptional. Everything was extremely comfortable from the mattresses/pillows/linens to the furniture and outdoor area. We really enjoyed the high-end smart appliances in the kitchen and the large smart TVs. The outdoor area is fantastic with comfortable furniture and enough seating for everyone as well as an outdoor grill. It is so peaceful with a great water view and pocket sliders that open up the entire home. While not directly on the beach, it is just a short walk away (5-10min) and we actually had friends staying on the beach who said they would have preferred to stay at this property. Publix, which is the only place to shop on the island, is just around the corner. Ian was a terrific host and very responsive to any questions we had. Truly did not want to leave but unfortunately other guests were arriving. Cannot wait to go back.

Amazing place!! Fort Myers Beach was wonderful. Lots to do, beautiful beaches, many restaurants to choose from and local establishments were welcoming and working to rebuild and restore this beautiful place post hurricane. My family and I will definitely return. Ian's place was simply gorgeous!! Would give more stars if I could!!
