Would highly recommend this place. The beach is within walking distance. The house is beautiful. The location is beautiful. Ian is a great host. Any questions that you had who responded the pool was awesome. There was 16 of us plenty of room for all of us together and have our own space. We will definitely check into going back.

We had a large family gathering with 12 adults and 4 small children. The beach access at the end of Flamingo Dr was a quick walk or golf cart ride. We quickly discovered Lover’s Key beach and used that exclusively on our warm days. The place was very nice and perfect size for our group. Very comfortable beds. We were there between Christmas and New Years and the traffic in the afternoon was almost deadlocked and would take over an hour to get to the restaurants on the north end or south to Bonita Springs. We heard it is a function of being very crowded that week and a traffic light near the bridge. Just something to keep in mind. The pool and hot tub were great and Ian was very responsive to requests to control the temperature and the jets from his phone. We enjoyed dinners at Doc Fords and Junkanoo and lunch at Flippers. Overall wonderful experience.

I am blown away by the level of service that Ian provided me as a guest in his amazing home. I stay in a lot of Airbnb's and he was beyond helpful. First there was an issue on my end booking and he helped walk me through the process and even gave me a small discount. Then once we got there, it was really easy to check in on it with any questions that we have. Not to mention my house was gorgeous with plenty of space and every bed in there plenty of dishes to cook and the inside hot face. All you have to do is look at the pool to know that was spectacular as well.I would definitely stay there again.

Absolutely loved our stay at this home! Ian was the BEST host. He was incredibly responsive and so kind. He made us truly feel at home and was so much nicer to work with than some of the property managers overseeing vacation rentals in the area. The house was exactly as pictured, with plenty of space for everyone on our multi-generational family vacation. When we arrived, we were provided with activity and restaurant recommendations that were spot on. The home was clean, well kept, and had everything we needed to be comfortable. The pool and hot tub were pristine, and we were able to make use off them without the fees to heat being charged by other options in the area. The garage… HUGE. It was stocked with all the beach necessities we needed and had plenty of space for our cars AND the two golf carts we rented. Should FMB be your destination of choice, I would absolutely recommend this rental. It has all you could ever need for a carefree beach vacation🏖️

Ian's place was fantastic!! Definitively one of (if not the) best AirBnb we have ever stayed at. Great location, beautifully decorated and equipped, it had all you could ever need. Very clean, spacious, private. The view, wow. Extraordinary!! The pool and jacuzzi were very modern and enjoyable. Very spacious and convenient garages that would fit at least 3 cars. Lots of beach towels, beach accesories, wagons, coolers, pool toys, you name it.
The beach was at a walking distance, and the Publix was near too. The neighborhood was very quiet and private.
Ian was always fast to respond, even proactive for stuff we had not even thought of, and always accommodating for whatever we needed.
There were 12 of us (3 families with kids) and we never felt cramped, on the contrary, since we had the hole property, there was plenty of space for all of us.
This was definitively a PREMIUM experience for us.
